Living without both of my parents is a struggle. My brother and I have to travel from place to place and it’s kind of challenging. My parents are divorced. Sometimes, I wish that it never happened. Sometimes, I think it was all my fault, but I know it isn’t. But I really don’t understand why they divorced.

This is a serious matter that everyone should recognize because it seems to be happening to every happy couple I know. Some days, I cry because it’s like half of my heart got sucked in by a deep, dark, black hole. It’s crying out for help but no one can. It’s REALLY hard! Here I am now, crying, writing this story. Some people don’t know how much it hurts when I see a family of four when my family only has three.

It hurts the most when you meet a new member of the family. It feels like your parent forgot about you and isn’t trying to help you to get out of that deep, dark, black hole. You may think it’d be fun to have different families, but to me it’s not. I love them all but sometimes I wish things could go back to normal.

I want strong families to stick and stay together…forever!!!! Love them like I love mine. Trust them like I trust mine. Be nice to them like I am to mine. And always, always hold on to them and don’t let them get sucked into that deep, dark, ugly, dull, black hole.

It’s also kind of weird that some rappers give themselves such strange nicknames – Waka Flaka and Gucci Mane. Aren’t those names sort of strange?! Names like Drake and Taylor Swift are okay. Their music is okay, too. I used to like the strange rappers music, but now that I can better understand what they are saying…I DON’T THINK SO!

Oh, and what about their videos? That’s a whole other story!!!!!

This problem mostly occurs with the 6th,7th and 8th graders. They are lacking self respect and not representing themselves too well as human beings. All they do is shout profanity like they are proud of it! If I were them I would be a little bit embarassed. I think they need to knock it off and calm down… all the way!!!!

I hope their parents will one day realize what they’re acting like at school.

That’s for all the guys in baggy jeans.

But little girls my age are wearing modern clothes now… a little too modern. Skinny jeans are getting a little too skinny and the t-Shirts are exposing a little too much. Some parents aren’t paying a lot of attention to what their children are wearing and don’t really care.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t express yourself. Just don’t lose your self respect. Try experiencing new ideas about the clothes you wear. If you wear a uniform, try not exposing yourself by wearing long dress up socks with your skirts and sweaters with your blouses.

You can wear anything you want as long as it matches the dress code. Try wearing looser pants and a colorful vest. Jewelry also makes everything go together perfectly. Don’t worry about being judged. You’re beautiful no matter what!
