I am very sad to hear that you think you are at fault for your parent’s divorce. To go through this at such a young age is definitely not easy. I hope you will be able to communicate your feelings with your parents and continue to have a good family environment at home. I know you will overcome this and one day be a great parent yourself.

Hi. My heart broke when I read your story. I have a niece that said the same thing”she thought it was her fault” to me when her parents got divorce. I remember thinking why would she ever think that. I think children need answers they don’t understand “we don’t love eachother anymore” because all children know is how to love.
I want to encourage you to reach out to the Lord and ask Him to begin to heal your broken heart and He will. He loves you so much and knows exactly what you need. My prayer for you is that black hole you feel like your in will begin to be brighter and brighter and you will feel whole again. What a beautiful girl you are. And remember its not your fault.
