After all is said and done, how many of these girls will still be playing volleyball as a professional sport? Is it worth all of the sacrifice and lost opportunities elsewhere? Sometimes there's more of an emphasis on winning than on learning and simply ENJOYING the activity. I'm glad you see the need for balance.
