		<description>Katie, I completely agree - one sport or activity should not encompass your ENTIRE life.  After all is said and done, how many of these girls will still be playing volleyball as a professional sport?  Is it worth all of the sacrifice and lost opportunities elsewhere?  Sometimes there&#039;s more of an emphasis on winning than on learning and simply ENJOYING the activity.  I&#039;m glad you see the need for balance.</description>
