		<description>It&#039;s funny...when I was in high school in the early 90s, grunge was huge (and so were the clothes). I look at all the old pics my friends are posting on Facebook and cringe at how much yardage we wore on our skinny bodies.  Now, though, things have gone too far the other way.  I wonder if the next decade will bring a happy medium between the bulky 90s and skimpy 2000s?</description>

		<description>Suzy I totally understand what you&#039;re saying! At my school we mostly have this problem during the spring and summer though. It&#039;s as simple as wearing a spaghetti strap tank top than an actual tank top. At our school we have a 3 finger rule, (3 fingers for the length of the strap.) You can still be stylish and conservative!</description>
